Excellent location near metro, airport shuttle, and train station. Comfortable and clean with beautiful surroundings. Helpful receptionists who offer printing services. Staff is cheerful and multilingual, going out of their way to solve problems. Well-equipped kitchen and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is perfect for travelers arriving by train, with the Marseille St Charles train station right next to it. there is a metro stop within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the touristy areas. there is a boulangerie and a small supermarket nearby, allowing guests to easily find snacks or prepare their own food in the fully-equipped kitchenette.
The area around the hotel may not be the safest after sunset, so it is advisable to avoid walking alone at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, from the super clean room to the well-maintained hotel facilities. The location was perfect, just steps away from the bustling train station and conveniently close to the center of Marseille. We were able to easily access transportation to explore the city, including the nearby metro station.
